By using MyPhonotheque you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
MyPhonotheque is a personal app to catalog physical music collections (vinyl, CDs, cassettes), with optional cloud sync and export tools.
Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure.
- One account per person. Don't impersonate others.
- You are responsible for the content (albums, notes, images) you store.
Free and Premium plans
- Free: up to 20 albums.
- Premium: unlimited albums, billed at €1/month through Google Play.
- Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled in Google Play. Manage or cancel anytime from Play Store → Subscriptions.
- Refunds are handled by Google Play according to their policy.
Acceptable use
- No illegal content, no harassment, no attempts to disrupt the service.
- Don't reverse engineer or attempt to bypass usage limits.
Content and IP
You retain ownership of the content you add. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, display and sync it on your behalf. App branding and code remain ours.
Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided "as is", without warranties. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data beyond the amount paid in the last 12 months.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of the user's country of residence when required by law, otherwise of Spain.
